We created new meeting rooms in 2015 that are accessible through a balcony with medieval architecture in the style of our current courtyard St Félix dated 1575.

They will also have access to a landscaped terrace overlooking the ramparts surrounding the city of Beaune.

Equipped with all the latest technologies, while combining charm and functionality, we have created 4 rooms that are modular, offering many combinations of meeting set ups from 12 to 80 people.

The equipment  put at your disposal includes a video-projector, 75 inch 4K television screen, tactile control center for wifi connection and image projection, paper board  and all the cables for PC, mac, tablet...

All of our meeting rooms are equipped with a broadband wireless internet access, free of charge.

Another meeting room is located on the ground floor, overlooking the garden - Charles le Téméraire is ideal for boardroom meetings up to 12 people.

Organization of professional events

The hotel Le Cep offers you a unique setting for the organization of your meetings and events in Beaune . You will enjoy an exceptional moment where we will provide you with a personalized service. For us, each event is unique! We can organize all types of events thanks to several different meeting rooms: on the ground floor overlooking the garden or on the 1st floor, our rooms are all air conditioned, equipped with wifi and lit with natural daylight. In addition to these meeting rooms, we have 4 beautifully decorated lounges at your disposal.

A total of 7 spacious rooms can be found in all the nooks and crannies of this charming hotel.

We also recommend the Chambre du Roy in the Hôtel Dieu, located only 300 yards from the hotel Le Cep, it can also be the scene of your meetings and professional exchanges.
